Been to England many times and never fell sick but one morning on my recent trip June 2018, I was so unwell, I could not even lift my head properly. Rang the clinic, the staff were very helpful. I could not sit up therefore I could not drive to the clinic. Not long after, the Doctor came over to the house to check my BP and do other test. I was impressed . I can't remember the Dr's name. He is fantastic. The service tbey provided me was beyond excellent. Thank you again.
Always outstanding. This last weekend we brought our handicapped daughter(she suffers from an incredibly rare condition) home for a weekend break-she was clearly poorly. I rang the medical centre at 3pm for help in getting an appointment-no problem at all-they asked we come down at 5.30 pm and would be seen, and apologised they could not fit her in sooner. We saw the Dr-extremely efficient, exceptionally kind and understanding both to me the worried mum, and sarah the poorly girl(aged 30 but like a 3 year old so unreliable when asked questions!) . A very thorough examination was undertaken, prescriptions issued, advice given as to where we could get then go and get the medicine, advice given as regards after care and what to watch for, AND a referral letter issued to her ENT specialist. Anywhere else you would be at risk of being told sorry, cant see you go to A and E , but Budleigh has ALWAYS gone the extra mile.Last autumn sister came over from Australia-became very poorly , pneumonia type post flu infection-seen within an hour of ringing for an appointment and prescriptions issued .Excellence personified with every contact from receptionists, all nurses and all GPs . Thank you all.
