This was my best place for cream tea. Everything was perfect for me. We even ordered extra scone, cream and jam! Great, friendly service and a nice setting.

Love this little place. Every time we visit East Devon we always make a trip to Budleigh Salterton and to the Cosy Teapot. Proper tea in China cups.
